Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and/or other assigned leadership staff.
• Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
• Typing, preparing and collating reports.
• Prioritizing workloads
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping (filing)
• Contracts (new joiners) and residency follow ups
• Quotations & sales orders
• Purchase order
• Pricing items
• Orders follow up (inbound – outbound)
