o Maintain serviceability and operational ability of software matter related to Flights Information Display Systems (FIDS), ERP/SAP B1 and Retail POS Support, airport website, SharePoint Online development and support, intranet, and general software applications for the airport.
o Responsible for assisting end-users, either remotely or in person, with application issues and provide training where needed.
o Provide monthly reports to the IT manager of system and applications status.
o Commitment to understanding, improving, communicating, and developing the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) of Quality, Health, and Safety & Environment. o Maintaining logs of faults and queries reported and identified.
o Developing new applications as per user requirements. o Keeping track of and updating all the company databases.
o Database management and backups on regular basis.
o Use BI to analyze business statistics and related data.
o Office 365 Administration and related applications support.
o Knowledge of Linus Server SUSE to maintain SAP ERP server
