Responsibilities:

• Maintain serviceability and operational ability of software matter related to Flight Information Display System ( FIDS), ERP/SAP BI and Retail POS Support , Airport website , Sharepoint Online Development and support, internet, and general software applications for the Airport .
• Responsibile for assisting end-users, either remotely or in person, with application issuesand provide training where needed.
• Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
• Directing our software programming initiatives
• Overseeing the development of documentation.
