- Answer all incoming and outgoing calls, provide information, transfer as necessary
- Respond to customer phone inquiries about product availability and facilitate online phone sales.
- Processing customers order and request via telephone and get all the information needed starting from the products which the customer is inquiring and their payment method.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare the item requested
- Communicating and coordinating with the courier for delivery
- Follow-upcustomer for their payment
- 2 years experience in customer service is a must
- Willing to relocate in RAK
- Able to communicate in Arabic language
