Note: This position requires the employee to work in Refill Roastery HQ Office in Al Ain City, majority of the campaigns are in Arabic Language. Arabic speakers are encourage to apply.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Officer role requires the employee to directly reports to the CEO, this is a management role and the employee are expected to work closely with the Refill Roastery management team and Refill Roastery existing customers in the future.

Job Descriptions

1. Full ownerships of the Digital Marketing activities of Refill Roastery

2. Identifying opportunities that support Refill brand strategy, ensuring the great user experience

3. Primarily manage the social media activities of Refill Roastery

4. Driving brand and marketing support for website, including ongoing assessment for digital marketing optimization.

5. Creating and implementing social media strategies and tactics.

6. Liaising with different agencies for creative, PR and install campaigns along with handling content creation.

7. Tracking campaign effectiveness and optimizing results of ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, hubspot, salesforce, mailchimps and other digital platforms.

8. Assisting in execution and amplification of marketing campaigns – Social, Content, Influencer.

9. Well versed in creating business plans and sounds knowledge of managing the Refill Customers in the future

10. Extensive, full knowledge and ability to use software designs such as Adobe

11. Well adopt of the latest trends and technologies of Digital Marketing industry

Technical Competencies

• Must have extensive knowledge or used of the following Adobe Software – Photoshop, lightroom, illustrator, premier pro, dreamweaver, pro dc.
• Functional knowledge of marketing automations, crm, google search console, data analytics, wordpress cms, css3, html, email, GoogleAdWords, and Facebook Advertisements.

Educational Qualifications

Degree in Business or MBA is a plus

Certificates from digital marketing industry is added advantage
