Prepare full sets of accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary.
Liaising and attending to clients.
Prepare accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation.
Liaise with auditors in preparation of clients financial accounts;
Assist in managing clients accounting deadlines;
Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
Assist with GST preparation;
Attending to finance function at clients office;
Handling courier, postage and banking duties;
Procurement of office supplies;
Digitization of documents and correspondences;
In charge of office maintenance;
Maintain and update client database
Plans, organizes and control human resource and administrative operations of the Company.
Formulates recruitment, manpower development and training, compensation and benefit management and administration.
Provides guidance and arranges internal and external functional training for Company employees.
Responsible for Company-wide Training Plan preparation, analysis and reporting.
Assist in establishing policy guidelines and direction for functions under supervision.
Assist in annual compensation and benefits review with proposal and market benchmark information.
Handle customer audits relating to Training and Development.
Responsible for human resource related statutory statistical reporting.
Handling contracts for office supply and maintenance needs.
Implementation of Safe Management Measures: This includes identifying relevant risks, recommending and assisting in implementing measures to mitigate the risks, and communicating the measures to all personnel working in the workplace.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Diploma in Business Administration.
4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.
Ability to think strategically and work independently.
Well-versed with Singapore Labor Laws, including application for foreign work permits/employment passes.
Knowledge of PDPA and RBA Code of Conduct will be advantageous.
Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and Resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity.
